Every year, Dr. Sadineni and the Dublin Metro Dental team host our Invisalign Party — and one deserving patient walks away with a complete Invisalign treatment, free of charge. This is our way of making sure that a life-changing smile transformation is never out of reach because of cost alone.
The highlight of the night is the announcement of that year’s Smile Giveaway winner, who receives their treatment certificate on the spot. It’s one of our favourite nights of the year — and one that means the world to the winner.

2023 Smile Giveaway Winner : Revyn
Revyn had grown up wanting to fix her smile but had never been in a position to afford orthodontic treatment. Her teeth were severely crooked — not just cosmetically, but in a way that affected how she chewed, how she spoke in front of others, and how she felt about herself in photographs and social situations. She had simply learned to hide her smile over the years, turning it into a reflex she barely noticed anymore.
2024 Smile Giveaway Winner : Sai Veer
High school is hard enough. For Sai Veer, it was made significantly harder by a smile he was deeply self-conscious about. His teeth were noticeably misaligned, and at an age when appearance and social acceptance feel like everything, he was going through tremendous daily hardship because of the way he felt about his smile. He avoided talking in front of groups, kept his head down in class photos, and deflected attention whenever conversations turned to his appearance.
2025 Smile Giveaway Winner : Devonna
Devonna is the kind of person who puts everyone else first. As a devoted mother, she had spent years prioritising her children’s needs — dental appointments, school activities, sports — while quietly managing a problem of her own that was affecting her quality of life more than she let on. Her bite was significantly misaligned, and over the years that misalignment had developed into a full TMJ disorder that caused her chronic jaw pain, facial aching, and nights she simply couldn’t sleep through because of the discomfort.
2026 Smile Giveaway Winner: Lisa
Lisa’s story was not just about aesthetics — it was about pain, and about a bite problem that had quietly created a cascade of dental damage over years. Her bite was significantly off: certain teeth were bearing far more pressure than they should, while others barely met at all. The consequence had been a cycle of restorative work — fillings, crowns, and repairs — that kept becoming necessary because the underlying cause was never addressed. She was caught in a loop: fix the damage, watch the damage recur, repeat.
